COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear Family, Common sense must rule the day. Our hearts go out to all people, but especially our brothers and sisters around the world that find themselves gripped by such a death dealing microbe. We pray that God will intervene and the suffering will be slowed to a final peaceful stop. We as Christians must remember God’s children are scattered across the globe and every country that has experienced the sting of death is home to those He loves as much as He loves you. Let us continue fervently praying for them as we pray for our own nation and people. With that please know we cherish every member of the church and are concerned for our safety. Originally, our thought was to continue to assemble as usual, but make adjustments to closeness and individual container communion available. But, with the heightening government caution levels and rising emotions, it seems wise to follow the public suggestions and do our part to reduce contact for the short term. (View Most Recent County Announcement) We want you to stay safe. Please be very careful around those who, according to medical experts, are most at risk of serious complications from this health threat. We will review the decision to suspend assembling at the church building on a weekly basis. Please stay in touch with the family and keep encouraging one another in love! We love you and continue to pray for a swift resolution Covid-19. |
